Integrity Grooming provides professional barbering and grooming services available by appointment in Grand Prairie, Texas. Bookings and payments can be made in person or online through our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to book or pay for services through our Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• If you will be 10 minutes or more late, you must reschedule your appointment.
• Missed appointments or excessive lateness may result in forfeiture of deposits or prepayments.
• Integrity Grooming reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment due to emergencies, staffing, or other unforeseen issues.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments can be made securely online or in person.
• Prices for services are displayed at the time of booking and may change without notice.
• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted in cases of billing errors or service issues, at our sole discretion.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes should first be communicated to us directly at Integritygrooming1@gmail.com.

5. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
